DAVID H. GREENBERG
David H. Greenberg is a trial attorney with over 35 years experience representing clients in various areas of personal injury. He has handled thousands of wrongful death, work-related injury, and personal injury cases. Typical cases have included auto collisions, product liability, and premises liability. He supervises a staff of attorneys with extensive experience in the area of personal injury law. Respected in the field of Personal Injury, Mr. Greenberg has written many articles for publication and has had articles written about him. He has also served as a judge pro tem and arbitrator and has been called on to lecture and hold seminars due to his recognized experience.
David H. Greenberg has won numerous six, seven, and eight figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. Noteworthy verdicts and settlements include: $10,000,000 trial verdict involving malpractice of an anesthesiologist, $6,500,000 trial verdict/settlement for dangerous condition of public property, $6,100,000 settlement for a worker injured by a fallen pallet load, $3,550,000 settlement involving defective bicycle brakes, $2,100,000 settlement involving a defective gas tank, as well as numerous others.
Mr. Greenberg is a member of the following legal organizations: Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and California Employment Lawyers Association. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of the State of California, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court and the U.S. District Courts of California. He was recently named one of Southern California's Super Lawyers in 2008.
JEFFREY A. RUDMAN
Jeffrey A. Rudman attended University of California, Santa Barbara where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995. That same year, Jeff began his legal studies at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. In 1997, Jeff received the First Honors Award from Loyola Law School in the study of Professional Malpractice. Jeff graduated from Loyola Law School in 1998 with a Juris Doctor degree. Later that year, Jeff was admitted to the California Bar, as well as to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Jeff has successfully handled hundreds of cases in the fields of personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and employment discrimination. Most recently, Jeff was co-counsel in a multi-million dollar verdict in a wrongful death case. Jeff was recently named one of Southern California’s Super Lawyers’ rising stars. R. SCOTT HOUTZ
R. Scott Houtz has litigated a wide variety of cases on behalf of plaintiffs, including products liability, premises liability, wrongful death, general negligence, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination.
Scott obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1995 and was admitted to the State Bar of California that same year. Scott is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California. Scott is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and serves as a Judge Pro Tem in Los Angeles County.
