JEFFREY A. RUDMAN
Jeffrey A. Rudman has successfully handled nearly one thousand cases in the fields of personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, dangerous condition of public property, wrongful termination and employment discrimination. Jeff has been co-trial counsel in several multi-million dollar trial verdicts, and numerous multi-million dollar settlements. He prides himself on his close contact and availability to his clients and his dedication to bringing justice and compensation to those who have been injured.
Since 2007, Jeff has been named yearly in the periodical Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars (also featured in Los Angeles Magazine), which honors accomplished attorneys under the age of 40, and includes only 2.5% of all California Lawyers.
Jeff Rudman is one of only twenty-five attorneys elected to the Board of Governors for the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the largest local trial lawyers association in the country. Each year, he is asked to give lectures to his colleagues at CAALA’s annual Continuing Legal Education Convention in Las Vegas, NV.

Jeff’s education includes attending the University of California, Santa Barbara where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995. That same year, he began his legal studies at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. In 1997, Jeff received the First Honors Award from Loyola Law School in the study of Professional Malpractice. He graduated from Loyola Law School in 1998 with a Juris Doctor degree. Later that year, Jeff was admitted to the California State Bar, as well as to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Jeff Rudman is a member of the following legal organizations: Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), American Association for Justice (AAJ), Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Epilepsy Legal Defense Fund, and National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Jeff speaks both English and Hebrew.
BARRY M. RUDMAN
Barry M. Rudman is an attorney with 40 years experience and has successfully handled thousands of cases in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and dangerous condition of public property. He believes in practicing law with understanding, tolerance, civility and compassion.
Barry was an Arbitrator/Mediator/Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles County Superior and Municipal Courts for 18 years. He also served as a Judge Pro Tem in Los Angeles County.
Barry has received the prestigious AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which is the highest rating possible, and is based upon his peers recommending him for said distinction for both his legal ability and ethical standards.
Barry’s education includes attending the University of California, Los Angeles where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1967. He graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1970 with a Juris Doctor degree. Barry received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellent achievement in the study of evidence while at Loyola Law School. In 1971, Barry passed the California state bar exam, was admitted to the California bar, and was admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California. In 1977, Barry was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Barry M. Rudman is a member of the State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Northern California Affiliate - Jeremy Pasternak
Jeremy Pasternak received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1995, having received a Public Interest Law Grant and having worked as a summer associate with the San Francisco Employment Law Center and as a law clerk with Rudy & Zeiff (now Rudy, Exelrod & Zeiff). Mr. Pasternak then practiced plaintiff-side civil rights and employment law in Los Angeles for six years. In the spring of 2001, Mr. Pasternak and his wife Karen relocated to San Francisco, where he has continued to represent plaintiffs in all aspects of employment law and other civil rights matters.
Mr. Pasternak was recently selected as a 2008 Northern California “Super Lawyer.” Jeremy has tried numerous cases, including Lee v. ENPC, a wrongful termination case, in which he secured a verdict of $1.35 million dollars (including over $1 million in punitive damages), and obtained a number of other significant verdicts for his clients, including a seven figure punitive damages award for a terminated CEO.
